Joseph "Kip" Kirby served with the Big Red One in Vietnam from 1968-69 as an M60 machine gunner and was wounded in action. Kip is currently a member of the American Legion POST 924, Hampton Bays NY, and VFW POST 5350 in Westhampton Beach NY.
